Rates

Rates are divided into two seasons. "Off Season" is any period out of school holidays or public holidays for Western Australia. "On Season" is obviously any period within school holidays or public holidays.

 Please be advised a minimum deposit of one night’s accommodation is requested to secure a booking .

EXTRA PEOPLE:..…..….$20 per person per night

                          LINEN HIRE:……………$10 per person as a once off charge only     

HORSERIDING:…………$28 per saddle up –up to a max of ONE hour

                                                                        $35 per saddle up if you are not a residing guest

CANCELLATION POLICY: For the cancellation of a booking, fourteen days notice is required for the deposit to be refunded (less a handling fee of $9).

If less than fourteen days notice is given, the deposit (less a handling fee of $9) will only be refunded if the period is able to be rebooked.
